I have never tried this before and when I talked to Ryan at slingmasters he put my mind at ease. The color selection we picked looked really nice on our chairs once they were done. Now for the fun part when the site tells you need the tool they have to stretch the sling listen. I didn't and made one of the tools they suggested and now I think the one they sell would have made this a simple job as it is very hard to pull them back into place but it can be don't once again with the right tool. The splines I ordered were too big with the new material so I caught Ryan on a Saturday afternoon an he sent me the right one next day. Just like the order when he told me it would be a week to get the back ordered material in I checked my mailbox an they arrived in less time than I expected. I have 2 more old chairs and plan to redo also. After I buy the right tool!. I can't say enough good things about Slingmasters. We did check other site for the same product but once I found slingmasters and the last slogan made me a customer for life.( Have a great day)

I liked the pattern of the new fabric, fits well on our patio. I thought the fabric was a little long making it difficult to put rail end plugs back in. Other then that and the "elbow grease" needed to reinsert the fabric, all went well.

I’m generally the handy woman in the house, but this project was a challenge to do. Slingmasters gave such great “how to do” videos that explained every step of the process from taking off the old sling to installing the new. I did need help from my husband to Finnish the project but only at the final end when the pressure bars needed installing. Overall, Slingmasters saved us hundreds of dollars and I definitely will be repairing our future lawn chairs when they need new slings. I feel very good that I discovered their site online while reviewing ways to repair our glider

We had a friend fall through our lounge chair and I put the lounge chair off to the side to “ put out” on garbage day. My landscaper said “ what are you doing with the chair”, I said “ throw it out, it’s broken “. He told me that it could be recovered. So I did some research on line and found your company. Decided to give recovering a try and lm thrilled to say “we did it”! We covered 6 lounge chairs, they look new and we saved a fortune by not having to buy new ones!
2 years later I decided to try and tackle 2 “strap” lounge chairs that we have had since the mid 80’s. Took off all of the straps, sprayed the frame with some white spray paint and the finished product was unbelievable ! No one can believe that these chairs are over 25 years old.
3 years later and our outdoor dining chair material was thinking and I knew what needed to be done. The sling style was a challenge, it really took 2 people to complete the job, but in the end complete success. So pleased that we courageous enough to attempt the first project that lead to two more. Sure has saved us a lot of money. We have one last project to go and then we will have covered ever chair & lounge we own.
