Responsibilities:
Digital Design & Modeling: Build/refine 3D models, collaborate to create precise fabrication files, and produce clear shop drawings.

Production Workflow & Systems: Manage files in production system, assist with production planning and coordination, and maintain organized digital workflows/version control.

Fabrication & Shop Support: Assist with furniture assembly, finishing, and QC; work hands-on with materials; opportunity to learn CNC setup and operation.

Qualifications:
- Woodworking, furniture design, or fabrication experience required
- Computer proficiency to train on CAD & production software
- Comfortable connecting digital design to hands-on production
- Interest in learning CNC setup & production
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking
