: Flags are placed in front of every headstone for Memorial Day.
Every Memorial Day weekend, troops in the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment—the Army’s official ceremonial unit known as the “The Old Guard”—place small American flags in front of all of headstones at . Each flag is centered precisely one foot in front of the headstone. The tradition known as “Flags-In,” takes place on the Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day. The flags are removed early Tuesday morning after Memorial Day.

Wow, friends!! Just leaving the shoppe for the night. So busy with graduation, babies, brides, and teachers ( no particular order of importance, you're all special!). I can't wait to post some of the things I've been working on ( when it won't spoil a gift!)

Just had a customer pick up a shirt she had monogrammed for her bride friend. We used one of he fiancé’s button-down shirts and monogrammed it with her new initials in her wedding colors. She can wear it for her trial make up and hair day and on the wedding day wear it for pictures and with the easy button down design - can take it off without messing up her bridal hair and make up. It makes a great keepsake and she can use it afterwards!
