✨ Teresa’s New Kitchen Reveal! ✨

Teresa is actually a repeat Caruso Cabinet customer. She loved the kitchen we built for her in her previous home so much that when she moved into a new house, she knew she wanted to do it again. With this home having a larger kitchen footprint and higher ceilings, we had the opportunity to take things even further.

With the extra space to work with, we focused on a few key upgrades that would make the kitchen feel bigger, cleaner, and more functional. We brought the cabinetry all the way to the ceiling, added seating for two at the island for everyday meals, and found a much better home for her kitchen TV so it was no longer sitting on the countertop.

One of the biggest design challenges was creating a symmetrical layout that could hide the TV in plain sight. The solution ended up being something we had never done before. We built our largest wall corner cabinets yet at 30” x 30”, which allowed a 24” TV to sit perfectly on a diagonal inside the cabinet. Above it, we added a crossbuck wine rack to finish the space. On the opposite side of the kitchen, we mirrored the design with another oversized corner cabinet, this time with a glass door to display Teresa’s china.

Even though the layout stayed very similar, bringing the cabinets to the ceiling completely transformed the room. The large U-shaped kitchen now feels grand and balanced, especially with the range and hood centered perfectly in the middle of the space.

Function was just as important as appearance. Teresa now has storage everywhere, with large lazy susans in both corner cabinets, roll trays, baking sheet storage, utensil pull-outs, and custom drawer dividers. Combined with the generous counter space throughout the U-shaped layout and island, this kitchen gives her plenty of room to cook and entertain.

The cabinetry features our Franklin door style in hickory finished in Driftwood stain with an Onyx glaze. The countertops are MSI Calacatta Cinela with an ogee bullnose edge, fabricated by Excel Glass and Granite. Hardware is the Sullivan pull by Jeffrey Alexander in brushed pewter, paired with a Pfister Port Haven faucet and a Karran workstation sink.

Another nice moment during the project was Teresa getting to see her installer Tim again. Tim actually installed the kitchen in her previous home, and she specifically requested him for this one too.

Teresa absolutely loves her new kitchen. She says she constantly receives compliments from friends when they stop by, and it’s clear she went all out this time around.

✨ Jeff & Shannon’s Open-Concept Kitchen Reveal! ✨

This one completely changed the feel of their home.

Jeff and Shannon removed multiple walls to open up the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one large, connected space. What used to feel separated now flows together, and the result truly feels like a brand-new house.

Finding the perfect layout took collaboration. Through multiple renderings and virtual reality walk-throughs, we worked closely with them until everything clicked. The final plan centers around a massive 52” x 124” island with seating for five, doubling their counter space and creating the ultimate gathering spot for everyday meals and entertaining.

The two-tone cabinetry brings warmth and contrast. The perimeter features Portabella stain with an Onyx glaze on hard maple, a finish that has really grown in popularity. The island and wet bar are finished in our deep Nitefall stain on cherry, which reads almost black while still showcasing beautiful wood grain. Everything was carefully selected to complement their custom dining table so the entire open space feels cohesive.

All cabinetry was custom built in-house in North Huntingdon, giving Jeff and Shannon a layout tailored exactly to their space.

✨ Rick & Tina’s Bedroom + Bathroom Reveal! ✨

Rick and Tina wanted a master suite that felt like a 5-star retreat, with everything neatly organized and designed around their daily routine!

We created a wall-to-wall bedroom unit that gives Rick and Tina dedicated space for everything. Rick’s side includes double-hang closet space, adjustable shelving, and drawers tied together with a warm cherry countertop that flows into a cozy window seat. Tina’s side centers around the TV and adds plenty of drawer storage to replace the need for dressers. Deep cabinets were carefully designed with staggered depths so the window feels open and inviting. Matching floating nightstands with charging stations and CPAP-ready outlets feature double drawers for quick, easy access to their belongings.

The bathroom features a completely custom vanity with roll-out trays behind each door, drawers within drawers for small items, and a powered compartment for hair tools. The center tower includes a pull-up storage compartment for toothbrushes and everyday essentials, while a tall cabinet provides towel storage and double pull-out hampers. A built-in window seat offers a comfortable place to sit while getting ready.

The result is a master suite with 42 drawers, smart solutions everywhere, and a space that truly feels like a personal resort. Rick and Tina couldn’t be happier with how everything came together.

This project proves you don’t have to start from scratch to create something special. Nicole and Robb wanted a fresh, welcoming kitchen that blended seamlessly with their paint, flooring, and adjacent rooms. From the start, Nicole dreamed of a large island to gather with family, and we nearly tripled its size to make the perfect centerpiece.

Nicole fell in love with our Fern Green finish and paired it with Frosty White perimeter cabinets for a timeless two-tone look. The clean shaker door with a beveled bead adds just enough character without feeling busy. Calacatta Elysio quartz countertops and a Renzo Dove tile backsplash pull everything together beautifully.
