Booking Policy:
Just some business housekeeping and info updates as we grow.
Thank you all for the love and support so far with growth comes needing procedures and policies to keep things running smoothly.
REGULAR OPEN HOURS:
Mon-Sat 9am-8pm
Sundays 9am-3pm
HOW TO BOOK:
You can book an appt to come in anytime to work on a project yes...ANYTIME as long as the schedule isn't booked already.
Bookings and Appointments are only held when payment received.
Payment must be received to hold any spots and prep supplies.
Can not guarantee last minute bookings so try to plan and book ahead of time. If a class doesn't have any bookings it maybe filled with something else so don't wait to book if you want a class book it. Hate to do this but just to much loss and no shows other wise. You can message to book any of our projects or book online. You will also find all scheduled group classes on the website. Always adding new things to the schedule.
PAYMENT FORMS:
We accept: CARD,CASH, PAYPAL,CASHAPP, VENMO and basically any other digital form of payment
NO CHECKS are accepted anymore sorry just to many dishonest people ruined that one for me.
OPEN DIY TIME:
We can accept walk ins but we recommend making an appt so we can have a spot saved for you. Open DIY schedule can vary if we have a private party booked. We are working hard to have enough stock of everything on hand but can't guarantee your exact item unless you book ahead of time. Thank you for understanding.
You can book day passes to access to the workspace, tools and instructor assistance for only $20 a day! You must purchase or bring your own supplies for this day pass customers.
PRIVATE PARTY BOOKINGS:
We take Private Party bookings as the schedule allows. if you book a private party you need at least 5 or more participants or minimum $250 class total to have the space to your group.
Private parties can still book under 5 I just wont close the doors for parties to walk ins unless the minimum has been met. Smaller parties may have other customers come in during that time to work also.
LESSONS:
All private lessons must be scheduled ahead of time to prepare.
Lessons may be in group or private 1 on 1 lessons. I try to group lessons together for sake of our time. example kids art lessons. If you prefer completely private lessons without others present please let us know ahead of time.
As always thank you all for your love and support hope this simplifies things for you all. Growth is a learning process and figuring out what works, but great things to come out of our new space.
