Saturday, August 29th Fair Events

Some additional info:

•Dogs are NOT allowed at the fair (with the exception of service animals)
•NO carry-ins of alcohol are allowed at the fair
•We DO have an ATM machine on the premises this year (yay!)
•Parking passes are $10 for the weekend or $5 for the day
•Carnival is operated by Tri-State Amusements -We do not set prices for tickets, wristbands, etc.
•Carnival runs from Noon-10PM today

The Iron County Fair Mud Bogs are back Friday, August 28, with racing kicking off at 5 p.m.

Bring the family, grab a spot, and get ready for an evening of mud, horsepower, and one of the fair’s most entertaining traditions.

It’s almost fair time in Iron County. 🎡

The Iron County Fair returns August 27–30 to the Iron County Fairgrounds in Iron River.

Four days of rides, fair food, livestock, entertainment, family fun and the kind of hometown tradition that makes summer in the U.P. special.

Iron County Fair is just under one month away! Dates are August 27th through 30th, 2026. Lots of new things this year — including a new carnival (Tri State Amusements) and a petting zoo (Tickler Farm and Forest Products).
