 In 2025, we worked hard at learning how to successfully enjoy participating in craft fairs. Lots of hard work, sweet satisfaction when projects are finally completed, and the painful blessing of learning to roll with it when something (temporarily) goes belly up. Handmade crafts are definitely not an exact science! So now as we shift our focus to the projects we're hoping to create in 2026, here's a quick look back on some of what was made and sold in 2025.  THANK YOU to our new customers and old friends who supported our little craft business. You just made it so much fun! 💕

Metal Market Buckets of all sizes can be painted beautifully with the right surface prep. And they can even be used for fresh flowers. You never want to put water directly into your lmetal containers, though. Instead, place a suitable glass jar down into the bucket so that the rim of the jar sits at least a couple of inches below the rim of your bucket, then carefully pour your water into the glass jar. This will keep your pretty bucket safe from rust and corrosion.

Trays can be purely decorative, for a dining table flanked by matching candlesticks, or completely useful, like a ring dish on your bedside table. Any shape or size, old trays with “ good bones” can add such a pretty touch to our homes. While not intended for food use (and definitely no dishwasher), all my trays are finished with a sturdy topcoat so they can be used and enjoyed.

Old “ browny-frowny” jewelry keepers have so much potential! Armoires, single-level, or even a transformed vintage tackle box can be remade into a place for all your treasures. Soft velvety lining keeps everything organized and scratch-free. The black armoire is a music box, too! I’ll be working on a larger jewelry tower armoire soon!

A gorgeous picture frame adds so much to a side table or tableau! The French Pink frame was done in a custom color and had a matching Vision Board. The board has been sold, but a custom vision board and frame or other coordinating piece can be custom created for your office or wherever you want to use it.
