This is a good comparison of Cap rates and Cash on Cash returns. The only error I see is the authors example of calculating a Cap Rate. She shows "for example you might calculate 0.987 as your answer, so converting that to a percentage gives a 9.87% Cap Rate". It should show as 0.0987 and then 9.87%.
