Praise the Lord, I am safe. Thank you to all my family and friends who called, texted and reached out to me through Facebook to check on me. I’m especially thankful for those of you who prayed for my safety, added me to your church prayer lists and gave me encouragement and tips for preparing. I was certainly covered in prayer. It was a scary time especially being here by myself with Snuggles. Thankfully, I never lost power!

Alone time, enough sleep, a good diet, long walks, and quality time with loved ones.
