Transforming my daughter’s large coffee table to a large ottoman, by adding a layer of 2 inch foam, and pin fitting a fitted cover.
The first time I covered the ottoman, the end results is shown in the last photo.
Second time covering ottoman, she requested a topper that could easily be taken off and toss in the wash because her large dog loves to lay there and take an afternoon nap. To hold topper in places I had large safety pins left from another project, so I incorporated them in the corners to help hold topper in securely in place.

Another project complete. Started with an older style tufted top ottoman and the object was to smooth top the best I could without damaging the original upholstery, First, I tried filling the divots with poly fill without using spray glue, the poly fill popped right out of the indentation because of the slippery upholstery fabric. well, that idea didn’t work. I purchased cotton batting, I cut a piece to fit the top and whip stitched it in place. Now to create the slipcover,  used one layer of drapery lining, two double layers cotton batting….pinned out extra fabric  and stitched and trimmed all four corners. onto the surface Fabric I tried pinning two different ways, a sharp corner, which really didn’t work had to put too much stress to create. I knew that wasn’t going to work because it is a slip cover, so I pinned a Turkish corner  which followed the corner is the best, it lays the best and follows the shape of the corner. This ottoman is going substitute for a coffee table.

Today’s delivery, two small chairs slip covers with drawstrings around the bottom designed to prevent cats from climbing underneath as per the clients request some before, and after photos, and as you can see the cat used them as a scratching post.

I'm delighted to share another satisfied client! I designed a stunning slipcover with heavy Revolution fabric, meticulously following the manufacturer's guidelines, pin-fitting wrong side out, and elegantly finishing the bottom edge with one row of cording, serged seam allowance, turned up and top-stitched.

A first time request, making a cover for a very large Nordic, track treadmill, on which their cats loved to play. I think they were tired  of vacuuming off the dander and hair also trying to keep the hair from getting caught in the moving parts of the treadmill. See caption under photo for explanation of second photo.
Client said something to the effect, by golly. I think that’s going to work.
