A note from Chris:

I will miss greeting, yelling, swearing and hugging our special clients. You felt like friends instead of customers.

Joyce, Will and Reid became family, and I will always be grateful for the years we shared.  We have been through so many different circumstances, and I will always be thankful for all of their support.
