A vacant $4.2M home in Memorial sitting on the market is usually a sign that buyers just aren’t connecting emotionally.

So for install day, we gave this traditional home a complete transformation. 🤍

Each room was redesigned to feel lighter, more elevated, and aligned with what today’s luxury buyers actually want. Layered textures, modern furnishings, warmer tones, cleaner styling — all intentionally selected to make the home feel current, inviting, and impossible to forget.
