Our new Spicy Giardiniera is loaded with crunchy cauliflower, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, green olives and serrano peppers, all packed with herbs and spices for a bold, tangy bite with just the right kick.

You know that sweet, spicy goodness left behind when we make our Candied Jalapeños? We decided it was WAY too good to waste.

Introducing Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce — made using the excess brine from our Candied Jalapeños, turning all that sweet, tangy jalapeño flavor into a rich BBQ sauce with just the right kick.

Slather it on ribs, brush it on chicken, glaze some pork chops, pile it on pulled pork, or use it as a dipping sauce. Basically, if it comes off the grill, this stuff belongs on it.

We’ll have just 6 PINTS of our Live Fermented Sauerkraut available at our markets this weekend!

This isn’t the sad, cooked-to-death stuff sitting on a grocery store shelf. Our sauerkraut is naturally fermented, never canned, and kept refrigerated to keep those live cultures alive and kicking. 💪🥬
