Communication is key within any role, especially when you’re working with others towards shared goals as an event team. However, there are times when this can get lost in translation through no fault of our own. Instead of searching for a scapegoat when conflicts arise, it’s our duty to find solutions and work efficiently together. In this talk, Courtney and Dana will discuss how to create a culture of celebration, including how you can foster a greater sense of appreciation within your event day team.
