Think grandma chic, there’s an antique quality with a retro touch!

Incorporating this trend is also rather easy, start with floral wallpaper (we know this can be scary so we suggest starting with one wall as a statement wall), then keep everything else around it soft and simple. Try finding décor that’s soft in color like pastels. This trend has a certain charm to it where it feels very familiar because it resembles a place you once visited as a child, only evolved to fit today’s time—but still feels like home. If a floral wallpaper is still a bit too scary, try the pattern on toss pillows or an accent chair, even a rug will do!

Décor that has an antique-like quality fits perfectly within this trend, even if you just bought it yesterday. A bright plaid pattern also fits perfectly within this trend, try it on toss pillows! This trend is like Global Community in the sense that there isn’t a lot of repetitiveness but somehow everything still works, so people don’t need to feel pressured into having to match everything.
