“IPI has been awarded the casework for Total Wine & More in Miami”

Emerald Construction has awarded to IPI another of their projects in South Florida. In this case, the project is the new location of the nationally recognized liquor and spirit retailer TOTAL WINE that operates 1200 retail stores nationwide.
Institutional Products will be providing its premium line of plastic cabinets and countertops and the cashier’s desk.
Completion date is expected by end of October 2015.
“This is another sample of IPI branching out from its historic core of educational and healthcare casework into other areas of retail and tenant improvement” commented Warren Blakslee, Chief Estimator of IPI. “We have been doing premium casework for 38 years and are enjoying new success in the private construction market, servicing general contractors, designers and developers as well as maintaining a strong presence in the educational and healthcare field”.
