Well, I finally tackled my first furniture flip that involved stripping the existing wood and refinishing it!
The project is fully complete and I cannot wait to share the results, as well as the progress pictures. Be sure to stay tuned tomorrow evening!

Besides working on window signs for the upcoming wedding, I also spent 3.5 hours painting 7 church pews and two doors to be used as some of the seating for the outdoor ceremony! Tell me, are these not perfect for an outdoor wedding?!
I truly enjoy taking something old that’s been discarded and turning it into something beautiful that can be reused and enjoyed for purposes other than what they were originally created for.

Yesterday was spent creating pieces for an upcoming wedding…these windows are absolutely perfect for a rustic outdoor ceremony and reception, don’t you think?
And yes, it was brought to my attention that Michelob was misspelled, however, with an exacto knife…that problem will be corrected.

With Friday being a state holiday, I utilized it the best way I could...I took the day to create some beautiful Mother’s Day gifts while my husband was at work and my girls were in school and daycare! These gifts were made for some very important women in my family’s life. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!!

Project complete!! Let me know what you think. My new cricut craft cabinet is complete. It may have taken me all day but it was totally worth it, at least in my opinion. Latest project...this piece has been in our home since before I met my husband. It was a inexpensive piece that my mother-in-law spray painted. I’ve never been a fan but it was just used to store board games. Not anymore!! Stay tuned to see what it’s new purpose will be ♥️
