New client has a water heater that looks like this, they had not even looked at their water heater in years according to them. Your home needs to be looked at regularly if you don't want problems costing you money.

Got photos of our home and minor damage, coming back to island when allowed. We have a big generator, 3 chain saws and lots of tools. Will check out our homes and contractor friends first then to the roughly 120 homes between Absentee by the Sea and Hilton Head Properties realty and rental.
