This popular counter stool is undergoing a revision in the shop right now. Stay tuned over the next month or so for the final result. The new version will store under the counter and have a backrest more tilted in the lumbar region for added comfort while still maintaining the lines of the original "mack" stool -- my homage to the great Scottish architect and furniture designer Charles Rene Mackintosh. And I've added a photo of my new companion and shop mate Cookie, a sweet Portuguese Water Dog pup.
