Position: Part-Time Experienced Upholsterer
Company: Before and After Upholstery
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Compensation: $20 an hour
Job Type: Part-time
Shift Schedule: 4-8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
Job Description:Before and After Upholstery seeks a highly motivated experienced upholsterer to join the team as an Independent Contractor. This position offers the opportunity to improve your upholstery skills and be part of a small, family-owned business. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
👉Demonstrate consistent punctuality
👉Strip furniture piece with hand tools
👉Cut fabric with scissors
👉Sew fabric according to specified design using sewing machine
👉Upholster final furniture pieces.
Requirements
👉1-2 years of experience in an upholstery setting
👉Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
👉Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
👉Willingness to learn new techniques and follow directions
👉Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
👉Must be able to work in-office at Hillsboro, Oregon location
