Pacific Design Inc. has been a high-end custom cabinet manufacturer based in the Hillsboro, OR area for over 30 years. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for someone who has cabinet building or door making experience. The position is permanent, full time, 40 hours/week plus overtime.

Qualifications include:
-We are looking for someone who has cabinet building experience
-Experience with wood working machinery preferred
-Effective communication skills with supervisor and team
-Work effectively in a team based environment with a positive attitude.
-Commitment to quality work
-Strong commitment to safety
-Accurately read and follow instructions
-Accurately read calipers and measuring tape
-Stand and lift frequently (Up to 75lbs)
-At least 18yrs of age with high school diploma or equivalent
-Drivers license required

Position is full time. M-F 7am to 3:30pm with overtime available
Medical benefits after 3 months and 401K plan after 18 months of employment

We are seeking a cabinet maker in the specialty department. Applicant needs extensive experience creating one of a kind furniture pieces, solid wood processing, veneer, and laminate work. The position is permanent, full time, 40 hours/week plus overtime.

Qualifications include:
-Experience with wood working machinery required.
-Effective communication skills with supervisor and team
-Work effectively in a team based environment with a positive attitude.
-Commitment to quality work
-Strong commitment to safety
-Accurately read and follow instructions
-Accurately read calipers and measuring tape
-Advanced knowledge of cabinet construction methods
-Be detail oriented and have good decision-making skills
-Be a motivated self-starter that can motivate others to excel
-Stand and lift frequently (Up to 100lbs)

Position is full time. M-F 6:30am to 3pm with overtime available
Medical benefits after 3 months and 401K plan after 18 months of employment
