NEW PROJECT ALERT!

As we prepare to stage Suite 1500 at 1 N. Franklin, we wanted to share a sneak peek at the spec plans for the high-end finishes and professional palette that are helping us bring this 8,936 square-foot office to life. We take all of these important details into consideration when making design decisions, and are excited to elevate the atmosphere of this office into an exceptional and inspiring place to work. Suite 2800 is another office in the 190 S. LaSalle building whose design was influenced by a famous painting. This crisp 11,300 square-foot space drew inspiration from Suzuki Harunobu’s “Evening Snow on a Floss Shaper” full-color print. Bamboo plants in the reception vestibule and bonsai trees in offices and common areas honor the Japanese heritage of the artwork. Black accents were curated into the curvaceous forms of the dishware and planters, directly referencing the floss shaper being used by the figures in the painting.

Edgar Degas’ painting “Ballet at the Paris Opera” inspired the design of Suite 2625 at 190 S. LaSalle. We brought this 3,975 square-foot office to life with free-flowing greenery that reflects the backdrop of the opera and graceful movement of the painting, held by soft white vases similar in hue to the dancers’ dresses. Decorative pillows pull from the pastel palette in the piece and accentuate the natural tones also seen in the wallpaper, floor coverings, and drapery.

The design of Suite 2600 in the 190 S. LaSalle building was inspired by Edward Hopper’s enigmatic “Nighthawks” painting. The 9,400 square-foot space includes wall coverings and colors that were fun to pull from. The bold pattern of the pillows adds another interesting texture to the space. Greenery and decorative vases draw further inspiration from the oil-on-canvas piece, reflecting the serene hues of the building’s exteriors. The dishware displayed in the kitchen closely resembles the coffee mugs and serving ware seen on the counter in this scene as well.

Suite 2650, a 4,150 square-foot space, draws influence from “The Rock” by Peter Blume. The bold colors and gold tones in this piece inspired décor that provides natural, earthy touches throughout the open, modern space.
