As demand grew, Ralph partnered with his brothers before eventually purchasing a small building along the train tracks in downtown High Point. In 1958, he officially founded Ralph’s Frame Works Inc. Continued growth led him to purchase the land where our company still operates today, building a larger facility that has expanded three additional times over the years. Our father, Tommy Rice, joined the business after college and played a key role in its growth and modernization, later purchasing the company from our grandfather. In 2025, the third generation brothers Thomas and Clay Rice proudly carried the legacy forward by purchasing the company and continuing the family tradition. Throughout the decades, we have remained committed to investing in advanced equipment and CNC machinery to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent quality. is a dedicated woodworking manufacturer specializing in custom seating built to our customers’ exact specifications.
