Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Vice President of Business Development & Creative Director
Vice President of Merchandising & Strategic Marketing
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Qualifications: MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a Sales or Merchandising Related Field
Part-Time or Full-Time Position: Full Time
Duties
• Oversee website content management
• Oversee content and activations on the Dealer and Rep Login Area of website
• Assist in booking and overseeing product photoshoots
• Maintaining the product image library
• Maintaining and updating internal documents as they relate to sales and merchandising
• Create and manage external e-blasts on Constant Contact
• Management of finished physical goods inventory and reporting
• Oversee and manage sales aid inventory and projects with outside sales aid fulfillment center
• Submitting projects to vendors for estimates and quotes
• Tracking open projects with vendors
• Support sales staff with targeted presentations
• Work with Merchandising Team and the Purchasing Agent on the creation of new fabric SKU’s
• Manage showroom sales aid inventory
• Assist with all facets of furniture market
• Work on special projects as related to merchandising and sales

The ideal candidate is very well organized, has a keen eye for detail, can effortlessly juggle multiple projects at once, takes initiative and enjoys working autonomously. The candidate should have a friendly customer focused demeanor and enjoy dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally. In a high energy, fast paced and achievement orientation environment, the ideal candidate will be flexible and enjoy solving a variety of challenges and issues.
Strong written and verbal skills and a strong proficiency in computer skills are required. This includes proficiency with popular IT applications (Excel (mail merge and formula knowledge), PowerPoint, e-mail systems, database management and Content Management System software).
