We just did a walk through with a client last weekend, and recommended they repaint a few walls. It is amazing how a couple hundred dollars to have a wall repainted can get you a thousand or so dollars at closing! Now that is my kind of ROI! =)

See what a difference professional pictures make in a listing. We highly recommend professional photos for all our clients and have a couple great photographers we can refer you to if you need them.
