THE STORY BEHIND MY SHOP
So there's a story behind a furniture piece in my shop. 6 years ago I started refurbishing furniture and customizing pieces in my garage as a hobby. Over the years I have been blessed and fortunate to meet and have people in my life that have helped get my name and what I do out to the public. Some of my furniture pieces were featured in the parade of homes.

I also did some custom furniture pieces for George's Corner Restaurant, and Zion Canyon Brew Pub, along with many custom pieces for clients. I've been told many times I would do good in interior design. I have a few family members in the south that have their own home decor stores and have been an inspiration to me of one day opening up my own shop. So a few years ago I saw this bar on a Craigslist ad. I wasn't in need of a bar but I thought to myself wouldn't this be a unique piece for a front desk for what at the time was my dream shop. It sat in my storage unit for a few years. Every time I'd go in to grab a new piece of furniture to work on I would look at it reminding myself about my dream. I kept telling myself "it will happen, just give it time". Last year life took
A big turn for me in more ways than one. And in doing that I stopped working on my pieces. There was a day a went into my storage unit to take pictures of the pieces I had left to just sell them as is and there it was. The bar I had kept all this time. I went to take a picture of it to add to My sale list and got a little
Misty eyed. "Am i really going to sell the piece that has kept reminding me of my dream?" i sat there looking at it and it hit me. This was the moment I remembered a famous quote from good old Walt Disney himself... All of our dreams can come True if we have the courage to Pursue them". It was then I decided I was going to put a business plan together and get the ball Rolling to making my dream come true. This bar is in my shop now and it is where it's going to stay!
