Finished! A little rough but I learned a bunch and will make them better in the future. I will probably tie a string around the cap area to hang it up outside. I love how good the zebra wood looks with this food safe oil. Stay positive and have a wonderful day!

Quick update on the hummingbird house! I picked up some hole drills and made some proper space inside the home. A little rough but that's what happens on your first try. I'll add food safe oil to seal the wood once the glue dries.

I Worked on my first hummingbird house. Created on the lathe and followed up with drill/Dremel work until cleaned up. I'll post the finish product over the next couple days, here's some progress pics. I learned a few ways how not to make them but growth and learning is the name of the game.
