Happy Spring everyone! I hope your kiddos aren't driving you too crazy if they're on spring break! I am so glad it's finally spring and I can really get into my gardening now. I'm very impatiently waiting out all this lovely rain, but I had my seeds showing me signs of life and I couldn't contain my excitement! I can't wait to be separating seedlings in a week or two. Is anyone else got their tomatoes and peppers started yet?!?!?

Psst. It's not too late if you haven't, I just started these guys Sunday afternoon!

Guess what Saturday is!!! It's Flair Fair time again! This is just a few things we'll be bringing and we'll also be cooking up burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, and fries for an amazing price. Psst we'll have sodas, water, chips, and if you know my momma we'll have pickles too 😄 Come out and say howdy, look around and have some great food with great company!

I may even make some homemade bread too so definitely come tell me what you think.

This little guy will be making a visit at the pope county fair and then he'll go to his new home. But he'll have lots of friends at the flair fair in October looking for new homes.

When you have some alone time in the morning you enjoy your coffee outside by the garden listening to the birds, roosters, horses, cows, and rolling thunder.

We still have so much to plant but our potatoes are doing great, our green beans, purple hull peas, yellow squash and zucchini are in the ground and our strawberries are all in the dirt 🙂

So we love taking scraps and pieces of wood that we have laying around to make something we need or would like. Today the hubbs make this nesting box for our coop! I'm so excited to check it in the morning and see who all uses it! 🥰

I'll try and post more on this page of our everyday life. This morning was still a little cooler than it's been but it makes for a great time to sit and drink coffee with one of our lazy dogs at my feet 😀
