using credit/debit, Apple Pay, PayPal or gift card. We do Not store any payments so we can not automatically charge your account for payments. You will need to access the original invoice to make your payments.
2. We will not be accepting previously painted furniture at this time. We will only accept pieces with their factory finish.
3. All pieces must be dropped off and picked up by the client unless delivery and pickup has been set up and fees have been paid. Pieces MUST BE CLEAN! Any pieces that are dirty or have odors will NOT be accepted!
4.You will have 14 days to pickup or arrange delivery date once your piece is finished. After 30 days you forfeit the property and any payments you have made. Three attempts will be made and final notice will be in writing. At this point Cedar & Sage has the right to dispose, donate or sell unclaimed furniture.
5.Client pieces will be refinished in the order in which the deposit was made.
6.Types of furniture we are not currently accepting: Armoires, China Cabinets/Hutches, any baby furniture such as Cribs and High Chairs, Large Dining Tables and Chairs.
7.We will be doing things a little differently to avoid getting backed up. Rather than a set date, you will be put on our waiting list. Once the previous client’s piece(s) has been completed, we will contact you to set up a date to bring your furniture.
8.TO RECEIVE A QUOTE, please message us with photos of any pieces you wish to have refinished, a general idea or inspiration pic of desired finish and your email. You will receive an estimate via Square.
9.After deposit is received in full a detailed contract will be sent to you via email. After this is signed and sent back work will begin on your piece. Contracts need to be sent back immediately as to not delay work beginning.
