!!!ALL CLIENTS PLEASE READ!!!

We want to Update everyone of our New Cancelation Policy effective July 10, 2026.

We understand that Life Happens and we are Always willing to work with you and be understanding and try to accommodate our clients as best we can. Lots of planning goes into the schedule each week to try and accomadate each client with the day and time they need. However, we want everyone to understand that this is not just a hobby for our cleaners. This is their full time job that helps put food on their table and clothes on their kids backs. So when someone cancels they lose hours for that day resulting in less money as well. The closer to scheduled day and time that a client cancels the less the chances we have to put someone in that empty spot. We have became so busy that we have new clients who want cleanings but we have to put them on a waiting list for up to 2 and 3 weeks just to find them a spot because we always put our regular recurring clients as top priority. As most of you know you need time to get your house ready for us to come so its almost impossible to fill that empty spot if we dont have at least 48 hours from your scheduled day. Some things we know can't be helped such as sickness and deaths in the family and believe you me we will always take those situations into full consideration. So up on careful consideration we have decided to enforce the following:

If anyone cancels within:

12 hours or less of the day of their cleaning they will be charged 50% of their cleaning total.

Between 12 and 24 hours of the day of cleaning they will be charged 25% of the total of their cleaning.

Between 24 and 48 hours of their cleaning 10% of the total of their cleaning.

This $ will be divided equally among the cleaners scheduled for your home that day and the business for scheduling fees.

We will also ask for a deposit to be paid upon all bookings (not just initial & deep cleans) for clients who cancel/reschedule excessively.

This was a very hard decision to make but it has been happening so frequently, and after talking to other cleaning businesses about their policy we have decided this is a Have to Situation for the business.
