APT Storage buildings do not require footers or concrete pads for installation. They may be placed directly in excess overflow parking spaces or on common area grounds. Each customized building is mobile, transported by truck from our factory and set into pre-selected areas. APT Storage is fully responsible for all expenses including building maintenance, repairs, and insurance. Best of all, there is NO COST with our revenue sharing program!
