This position is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager and Design & Estimating Manager in monitoring and administering all construction projects from inception through customer delivery. The Construction Manager Assistant works closely with and under the direct supervision of the Construction Manager, Design & Estimating Manager and the Vice President of Construction. This is an entry level position to the Construction Division.

The person in this position is responsible for watching the pool and selling snacks at the concession stand areas located at specific Triple Crown Corporation communities. Lifeguard certification is NOT required. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The pools are open 7 days a week.
