🚨New Feature🚨The new SLA Warning system has additional alert states and popup control including:

- Added ALERT state for tickets nearing SLA deadlines
- Separate Define Alert and Define Due Soon thresholds
- Modal displays three sections: Alert, Due Soon, and Past Due
- Tickets moving from SOON to ALERT state trigger new warnings
- A new SLA button provided on the Tickets & My Queue tabs
