Well this is a bad start for my day! High winds stopped the clock at the Custom House and the upper elevator that takes me from the 19th floor to the 24th floor is down for maintenance. Better start walking! It's 150 steps from here.

Another Hamilton watch put back into running condition! Before and after videos show just how sticky the old oil was! This watch had been either over oiled or cleaned without disassembly at some point in its history.

Just installed my latest escapewheel in the Old South Meeting House! The clock movement was made by Gawen Brown in 1766 but the clock was not actually installed until 1781(?).
