These were our neighbors
They were renting a house across the street from us. Kept the house up always clean. They thought they were on a rental to own agreement. Lived there a couple of years. One morning a realtor showed up and put a for sale sign in the yard and a lock box on the door. With no notice the owners put the house up for sale. They had a verbal agreement no contact. They were given 10 days to move. I felt terrible because he was in bad health and they had no money to move and couldn't afford the high rent in Cullman county. I talked my son into renting his house to them they had absolutely NO where to go.
They have move out after we sent them 1st eviction notice 3 months behind in rent and this is what we got for helping them.
More roaches than I have ever seen in one house, fleas so bad you can't be in there. NASTY THINGS EVERYWHERE. This is why you can't help people so when people say there's just no good people left here is why. Had to rent a dumpster to get all this crap out. 375.00 Cleaning probably 300.00 several times with pest control around 300.00
No wonder rent is so high

A lady starting a new business ask to purchase these pieces so I marked them sold for her. When they weren't picked up messaged her she said she was having new flooring put down and could I hold a bit longer. Then messaged her a few weeks later with a promise to pickup the next day. Then another promise to pickup the next day. Then another promise. My reason for posting this small businesses struggle to stay open. Struggle to get customers in their doors. We want to believe people and take them at their word. Please respect small businesses they are showing up and working hard for your business. That being said these 2 pieces are again for sale. I have 70% off on most everything in my store but it will not apply to these been holding their for 2 months now. Red cabinet I will take 50.00 cream dresser is 100.00 and that's a bargain. Please pickup ASAP going out of business.
