We're not just tiny home builders, we're tiny home owners ourselves. Need a small vacation home to use while enjoying the outdoors in the summer? This 4-season bunkhouse brings comfort to the backcountry. Take a look at this model, The Little Lodge.

While only 20-feet long, this tiny home neatly fits a kitchenette, a drop-leaf table for dining and playing games, a daybed, a wrap around storage shelf nestled near its skylight and clerestory windows, a wood burning stove, a standing shower, a composting toilet, a combo washer/dryer, AND an entry porch.

Curious about shower and tub options in a tiny home? There's a lot to choose from!

Shower sizes and finishes vary, and tubs are also a possibility.

Our Library model for instance has a Japanese soaking tub with a vinyl tile surround. Our Greenhouse model has a 60-inch black shower pan with a porcelain green tile surround and glass shower doors.

Door placement is an interesting facet to consider when designing a custom home.

If mobility is a concern, placing the door where it allows for a flush entryway may be best. That way there are no steps down once inside.

In other instances, placing the door over the wheel well could work well if someone wants shoe storage upon entry or needs to extend stairs leading up to a sleeping loft but they don't mind stepping down into the home.

Of course, there are other moving parts that must be kept in mind when figuring out door placement, but whether someone dislikes a step down upon entry tends to be the most important factor to consider.

You can never have enough storage regardless of the size of your living space, but while living tiny you do have to get a bit more creative with it.

Stairs for instance are a great way to sneak in a bit of extra storage, but whether they are open or closed is entirely up to you. Other spaces that can be maximized include the area above the wheel wells in homes on recessed trailers, underneath beds, and every nook and cranny in kitchens.

Did you know that we deliver homes all across the country and even internationally?

Thankfully because our homes are permanently affixed to their trailers we are able to coordinate tiny home delivery to anywhere it is accessible and feasible for a tiny home to be transported to. We deliver to all 48 lower states of the USA but we are open to working with clients in HI, AK, and outside of the USA. Additionally, we are open to working with those that require watercraft crossing.

When living tiny, there is an even bigger draw to spending time outside. For some, outdoor spaces are a must to incorporate into their tiny home's design.

Maybe you'd like to do yoga while enjoying the sun and views of your property, or maybe you'd prefer to curl up in a chair with a good book, sheltered from the wind but still able to listen to the birds.

When you can customize nearly all the features of your tiny home, the options can feel endless. This is especially true for bathrooms. Between the different appliances, furnishings, hardware, and finishes, it can feel like a lot of decisions.

Luckily our design team is happy to guide you through the process and make recommendations. Our newest tiny home, The Knoll, has a bathroom outfitted with oil-rubbed bronze hardware, a calming gray vinyl tile shower surround, a stained pine ceiling, and an obscure glass window. Thanks to a team effort, it turned out beautifully.

Introducing our NEWEST tiny home, The Knoll! This 390-square-foot tiny home has an accessible floor plan that can easily change with you over the years.

Entering this model, you find yourself in the large open living area that blends seamlessly with the kitchen. Its bathroom has a combo washer/dryer, a large standing vinyl tiled shower with a glass sliding door, an incinerating toilet, a floating sink vanity, and a medicine cabinet with plenty of storage. Past the bathroom up a handful of steps is the bedroom. It is a great example of what a 1st-floor bedroom looks like in a multi-level home. It will serve as both an office and a sleeping area, and the loft above the bathroom offers plenty of storage.

This tiny house is full of so much lively light and color, that in no time it'll feel like home.
