We offer civil engineering and environmental consulting services for private and government sector clients along the Gulf Coast.

We are grateful for the knowledge, expertise, and strong foundation he brought to our team.

Covington’s Director of Arkansas and Wastewater Process Engineer, Justin Angel, P.E., is presenting at the Arkansas Water Conference on Monday, April 27, during the afternoon Technical Sessions.

He will lead a discussion on, “Submersible Lift Design 101,” sharing practical insights and real-world experience on key design considerations and best practices for lift station systems.
