Second Chances Second Chances Resale Stores have 2 locations. Our thrift store is located at 911 W. Grand Ave in Grover Beach next to the GB post office.

Our new Boutique with high end furniture is located at 892 W. Grand Ave in Grover on the corner of 9th & Grand. Every dollar spent goes to help women break free from human trafficking, various addictions, domestic violence, and trauma. The Second Chances Resale Stores benefit and support Captive Hearts which is a non-profit, Christ-centered ministry for women who are looking to break free, heal, a

nd be restored. Captive Hearts is a 6 month to 1 year live-in program in Grover Beach. We have 1 safe home and 1 transition home that house up to 13 women. We rely on the support of our community and the proceeds from our stores, fundraising, and donations to give these women a new beginning and a SECOND CHANCE!
