How many people do you have?” We get this one a lot.
Honest answer? It depends. Are we counting just our full-time guys? The ones who build parts we order out to save time and hit quality standards? The other shops we call on when we’re running hot?
We do as much in-house as we can, but not at the expense of your deadline or the finished product. Sometimes the smartest move is knowing who to call. We’ve built relationships with people we trust, and that’s what actually lets us scale up or down when a project demands it.
So maybe the better question isn’t how many people we have. It’s whether we can handle your job. And the answer to that one’s a lot simpler.
