We closed the plumbing division of our company and we have a lot of inventory to sell. The larger items such as dishwashers and water heaters are listed on eBay. Have a look at our eBay store and let me know if there is anything you are interested in.
We also have a large supply of plumbing parts and fittings that we would like to wholesale as a lot to a local plumbing company. Please send out the word and if anyone is interested, I have an inventory spreadsheet that I can send your way.
We are moving to our new office location at the end of the month and I really do not want to move this plumbing inventory with us if I don't have to. Thanks for helping us spread the word!!

Department: Commercial Millwork Installation
AP Woodworks provides installation for the largest manufacturer of commercial casework in the US. Our company currently has active jobsites at schools, banks, and hospitals in seven southeastern states (SC, NC, GA, TN, KY, VA, WV). We are looking for motivated individuals that would like to join our installation team and grow within the company.

Position Summary: Cabinet Installer
Individuals will be responsible for the installation of cabinet/casework, millwork, panels, trim, countertops (laminate and solid surface), and window sills.

Hours / Shifts: Variable
This position requires 30-60 hours of work, which will vary depending on the time of year. Our busier season is during the summer when schools are closed, or during school holidays when schools are unoccupied. Nights and weekends may be required from time to time. Out-of-town and out-of-state work is a requirement.

Education and/or Experience Required:
One year of millwork installation
Ability to install casework, millwork, solid surfaces efficiently and with high quality craftsmanship
Basic OSHA knowledge
Ability to lift and/or carry heavy items
Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints / shop drawings
Attention to detail
Clean, tidy, neat appearance and personal hygiene
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

March 6-12 is Women in Construction Week. I feel bad that I have not mentioned this until now. I am grateful to my dad for raising a strong, independent woman and teaching me that I can do anything that I put my mind to, including becoming a leader in the construction industry. I am also grateful for my husband, Andrew Petroski, who not only sees me as an equal, but also acknowledges the hard work that I've invested in our company to become a respected and trusted woman in construction.
The current national stats reflect that women comprise only 11% of the construction industry. With that said, I want to emphasize how proud I am of my company for defying those statistics by having a staff that is 45% women. We are blessed to have great employees; men and women alike. Since this is WIC Week, we just want to send a special shout-out to our current female employees Elizabeth Mahala Bagwell, Kasey Bunting, Summer Sandage and our past employees Addy Schelble, Katelyn Miller, Lindsay Newman, Lynn Bollinger, Kay Davis (Sara) , Breana Thomas, and several others that are not connected with me on FB.
