Our moving trucks are loading in and sale tags are going up! We can’t wait to see you at Shop the Lot – this weekend at in
⚠️ Because our parking lot is full of outdoor sellers, there is no parking on site. Please do not park at Public Storage next door.
Whether you’re an antique sale novice or a seasoned pro, here are some essential tips to make the most of your shopping adventure inside and outside the store:
1. Easiest and closest parking: N. Kings Rd is located to the right side of the gas station next to The Rock House Antiques. A shuttle/golf cart will be running all day — it’s quick, safe, and easy! 🚌✨
2. Because our parking lot is dedicated to outdoor vendors, there is no customer parking on site. Please do not park at Public Storage next door.
3. If you park anywhere other than N. Kings Rd, please ONLY cross Mauldin Rd. with the help of onsite Sheriff’s deputies. Safety first! 🚔
4. Stay safe: Watch for pedestrians, especially near the shuttle area. Sheriff’s deputies will be helping with traffic, so follow their lead to ensure everyone’s safety. 🚧
5. Negotiate with a smile: Sellers appreciate kindness, and a good attitude might help seal that perfect price. 😇
6. Measure twice, buy once: Bring measurements of your space for larger pieces or have a tape measure handy. 🛋️📏
7. Don’t overlook the ‘fixer-uppers’: Sometimes a small flaw is just a chance to DIY a masterpiece. 💎
8. Explore everything: From nooks and crannies to high shelves, you never know what you’ll find — don’t leave any stone unturned! 🔍
9. Make multiple rounds: Both outside and inside the shop, a second or third round might reveal something you missed earlier. 🔄
10. Dress for comfort and stay hydrated: You’ll be on your feet for a while, so comfy shoes and water are a must! 👟💧
11. Take it slow and enjoy the day: Whether you’re browsing or buying, the thrill is in the hunt. Have fun exploring the unique pieces every booth has to offer. 🥳
We’re excited to see you this weekend — Saturday, June 6 from 10 AM–5 PM, and Sunday, June 7 from noon–5 PM!
