This closing was definitely a bittersweet transaction even for me as their agent❤️. This home was built by my sellers parents and held so many beautiful memories for the family!! Real estate is at times just a business transaction but I’m very aware that this type of sale can be so emotional for families and I’m glad I was able to be there and help them through it! The seller was my kindergarten teacher and I remember her kindness and great teaching from many years ago and her daughters are both the sweetest ever!! Thank you so much for trusting me during this whole process!! I don’t think it could have ended any better than the buyers we got!!
