We had such a wonderful group join us for our recent workshop at our new design studio in Granite Bay! ✨

During the session, we explored key topics like how to use color effectively, what to include in your budget planning, and how a design professional should guide you through a renovation project—helping you make the most of your biggest investment: your home.

Of course, no workshop is complete without a little fun! We enjoyed delicious wine and snacks, thanks to Dr. Grover Lee, owner of Wise Villa Winery, for sharing some truly incredible wines. 🍷

Renovate or redecorate? Here’s how to decide.

Renovate when the room’s layout can’t support your family’s needs — hire a pro to reconfigure the space. Renovation lets you add built-ins, rework flooring and lighting, open sightlines for better flow and natural light, and introduce new finishes that change both function and vibe.

Redecorate when the layout works but the look feels dated — small updates can make a big difference on a smaller budget.
