Since joining Premier in July 2025 as Lead Installer, Dakota has played a key role in our field operations through his dedication to quality craftsmanship, strong site leadership, and consistent problem-solving. His hands-on technical expertise and collaborative approach with our installation teams have made him a reliable leader in the field.

In his new role as Field Supervisor, Dakota will oversee installation operations across the Indiana territory. He will focus on supporting field crews, upholding high-quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in project ex*****on and customer satisfaction throughout the region.
