This one was a labor of love: clean lines, crisp visibility, and a classic navy that never goes out of style. Built to handle the elements and elevate every moment on the water.

✨ Wrapping Up the Outdoor Season with a Beautiful New Enclosure! ✨
📍 Canvas Solutions — 17363 Hayes St, Grand Haven, MI
📍 Project Installed at Grand Isle Marina, Grand Haven

We just finished up our last big outdoor project of the season, and what a build it was! This full enclosure turned out clean, durable, and sharp thanks to some of our favorite materials and techniques:

📦 All Materials were provided by Trivantage

🔹 Sunbrella Silica Gravel fabric
🔹 40 Gauge Strataglass windows
🔹 Tenara Thread for long-lasting, UV-proof stitching
🔹 YKK #10 zippers
🔹 Strataglass is fully sandwiched between fabric layers for a cleaner look, added structure, and superior longevity
🔹 Brand-new custom camper-aft frame system, built and installed while the boat was in the water at Grand Isle Marina

This one really showcases what we love doing — high-quality marine enclosures built to last.

(And for those who know how these projects go: shoutout to Taylor for pushing through a sprained ankle and to me for surviving grinder dust in the eyes. Marine canvas life isn’t always glamorous, but the results always make it worth it! 😅)

Heads-up from Canvas Solutions! 🌊

We'll be taking a short break from June 26 to July 5 to enjoy some much-needed family time.

Our wonderful part-time seamstress will still be available for repair work during this time, but all office-related tasks will be on hold.

Check out this custom-fit Sunbrella pontoon cover, designed for maximum protection and a sleek, tailored look. 💪
We used Harrison clips for a secure fit, and added a front extension with a snap-in zipper panel for easy access while docked or trailering.

Every stitch is sewn with Gore® Tenara thread, built to last through Michigan’s harshest UV, wind, and water conditions.

Another clean, sharp install to keep this boat covered and looking great for seasons to come! 🧵🛶
