We are not big fans of Facebook and right or wrong are so busy that we rarely check our reviews (or update our website!). We are thankful for the thousands of delighted customers, and the regular positive verbal feedback we have received from our customers over the past 18 years. We welcome any and all feedback and know 99% are delighted by their continued return business and consistent referrals to friends and family.
That said, Minuteman did notice a negative review from one disappointed customer last year. We attempted and went above and beyond to solve his needs, but were apparently unsuccessful even though as the photos demonstrate the piece came out beautifully. When it was delivered he expressed his satisfaction. We are sorry he choose to then unfairly slam Minuteman but know there is just no pleasing some and regret that he belatedly chose to write UN unfair and inaccurate review without the providing opportunity to resolve the upset. The piece was severely compromised with hidden damage. We explained how we could solve these issues and received full agreement. We are sincerely sorry for any misunderstanding. If he seeks us out again we will of course prove our dedication to excellence and thoroughly happy customers.
