I’m back! After a hiatus of a few months I have returned to the Marine Corps Exchange at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall. My fixture is near the old location in the Uniform Shop on the third floor. Please feel free to peruse my challenge coin displays and, if you see one you like, ask a nearby salesperson to ring you up.

Hey fans! While my recovery from knee replacement surgery earlier this year has been slower than expected, I've still been able to recently begin working in my shop and will be able to both have a few in-person sales at the Fort Belvoir PX over the holiday season AND keep my fixture at the Joint Base Myers - Henderson Hall Marine Corps Exchange stocked. I'll be posting the dates of the Belvoir sales shortly.

In related news, while my mobility was impaired after my surgery, I did use the down time to purchase a laser engraver/cutter which I’m learning how to use. I've even been able to learn enough to start a new line of products which I call "Notable Quotables," which are small wooden plaques with the quotes and drawings of famous historical figures. I'm posting a few here. Please come by and take a look when I'm at Fort Belvoir! Have a request for a favorite quote of yours becoming one of these? DM me and I'll see what I can do.

I am currently recovering from knee replacement surgery which obviously has curtailed my woodworking business. However, my fixture at the Joint Base Myers-Henderson Hall MCX is fully stocked with a variety of challenge coin displays, including a few small and medium size flag displays. The only orders I can take are for coin display flags as in this photo as I have several already assembled but only require finishing, which I can still do.

I still hope to be able to recover sufficiently to hold some limited in-person sales at the Fort Belvoir PX later this year. Please contact me via DM or at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Need a genuine, hand-made hardwood coin display and live or work in the Northern VA area? I have a permanent sales fixture on the third floor of the Marine Corps Exchange at Joint Base Myers-Henderson Hall which carries nearly all the variety of coin displays I make. You can purchase them on the spot by asking a sales representative.

Father’s Day is less than two weeks away and if that Big Guy in your life has a bunch of challenge coins sitting in a drawer or jar out of sight and out of mind, why not get him a hand-made, hardwood coin display?

I’ll be at the Fort Belvoir PX this coming Friday and Saturday from 0900-1700 and Sunday from 1000-1600 selling challenge coin displays to meet all sizes, styles, and budgets. I nearly sold out of displays this same weekend last year so come early!

Of course, many of the same type of displays are on sale at the Uniform Shop of the Henderson Hall MCX in Arlington if you can’t make it by this weekend, so I’ve got you covered!

With Christmas getting closer and my inventory of genuine hardwood challenge coin displays getting smaller, I've been forced to reduce my final public sale this coming weekend at the Fort Belvoir PX to Saturday, December 17, from 9 AM - 5 PM.

I plan to bring two large (34" x 18" - coin capacity of 60-80), two medium (26.5" x 14" - 35-45 capacity), and three small (19" x 11" - 18-24 capacity). Some pics of these are provided.

After a very successful Black Friday sale that left me a little short on coin displays, I’ve had to trim my upcoming sales at Fort Belvoir Post Exchange and Marine Corps Exchange Quantico by a day, to 3-4 December and 10-11 December, respectively.

If you are looking for a Christmas present for that loved one or friend who has their challenge coins stashed in a desk drawer, jar, or some other unsightly manner, come on by!

And don’t forget that the Uniform Shop at the Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall Marine Corps Exchange at 1555 Southgate Rd sells many of my coin displays via consignment during all normal hours.
