Unfortunately we will no longer allow dumping of furniture, mattresses, or anything other than trees, leaves, and pine needles on the burn pile.

Appliances such as hot water heaters, washers, dryers, etc. are also NOT allowed to be dumped it the area.

The dumpsters are for household trash ONLY. All boxes must be broken down. Do not put large items like toilets or beds in the dumpsters these have to be removed by hand.

Please understand: rules are in place for a reason. As the manager of the resort, it is my responsibility to make sure they are followed. I expect respect when enforcing these rules.
