🥵 Maybe we should’ve picked a better time of day to pick up this consignment! 😂

It’s a little warm today, y’all stay hydrated, find a shade tree, or better yet a pool.

We don’t just manage estate sales — we also offer consignment, moving sales, liquidation, and clean-outs.

And apparently, our consignment service includes sweating in a garage at the hottest part of the day. 😂

Upcoming Governor’s Club information APPOINTMENT REQUIRED — PLEASE READ 🚨
Due to limited parking and the HOA/security restrictions of the Gov club, appointments are required to shop in person.
Time slots available
September 11th
10-3pm
September 12th
9-2pm

⏰ Shopping will be limited to 40-minute time slots.
How it works:
• 10 entry passes will be given out at the gate.
• You will receive directions to the house when you receive your pass.
• Parking will be available at the gate while you wait.
• As shoppers finish, their passes will be returned and given to the next group waiting.
• A valid ID must be shown at the gate.
🚗 CARPOOLING IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
We want as many of you as possible to have the opportunity to shop this sale. Bringing fewer vehicles means more parking available and allows us to get more shoppers through the sale efficiently.
🛍️ Can’t make it in person?
Items may also be purchased over the phone.
PRE-SALE is available!!!
You’ll find a great selection of antiques, vintage items, furniture, appliances, clothing, a pool table, tools, patio furniture and much more!

Whatever you call yourselves, you guys ALWAYS show up for our sales! We had an incredible first day, and we can’t thank you enough for shopping, and your patience with us and each other. It’s not easy to fit 70 people in a 1,500 sq ft house, but we did it. ❤️

Ms. Jan kept such a clean and beautiful home. We’re honored to manage her belongings, prepare the home to be sold. Many friends have stopped by and expressed such appreciation for their friendship. We hope this sale has celebrated her memory.
