Folks, you've been probably wondering where I've been. For the past 19 months I have been working full-time for an awesome company in Saratoga Springs called Teakwood Builders, Inc. I am Lead Carpenter and feel very greatful for my employment there. I've been learning a whole lot about the entire building process. We do new home design and builds as well as remodeling and renovation. I spend most my time onsite and every now and then I get to use my shop for custom work (hopefully this will happen more often because I do love being in my shop). I've posted some of the work on this post. I will continue to post more.

Stick around! Don't leave me yet! I know I've been MIA but I've recently been taking on small sidework. I hope to take on more some day, but I have a lot of personal projects going on that keeps me from this business. I am happy to take on projects as long as you are patient and flexible.

This kitchen turned out awesome. Thanks Charlie Oar and Procare for the business! Great job on all the renovations! These cabinets are 23 year old cabinets from a house in Florida that I was hired to cut up, rearrange, add to, refinish, and install. I also built a bedroom door, the pantry doors (lost that pic), and a tv cabinet.

Second attempt at glazing these doors. Glazing a large piece is very difficult. This project has taken up most of my time in the past two and a half months. I'm tired. More photos to come soon!

I haven't posted in awhile. Been super busy with lots of projects and changes are happening. Here are some pics of a new plywood file I made about month and a half ago. I had to move its location from one end of the shop to the other to make room for a bigger finishing area. It three times as big, providing a ton more organization!
